Chow King & Associates is a specialized, highly efficient, "boutique" firm, and performs most services on a flat fee basis. This payment model enables clients to know the total costs upfront, without the worry of a billable time clock running.

The principal of the firm, Eugene Chow, has over four decades of experience in dealing with immigration issues, and is globally regarded as one of the top immigration experts. 

Clients who wish to retain our services should contact us to schedule an in-office meeting for a substantive professional consultation in either English or Chinese, during which we can go over client concerns and suggest a course of action. An initial hourly consultation fee is payable after the meeting by check or in cash. If we are retained, the consultation fee is waived or can be credited within 30 days towards the flat fee we will quote after the consultation. Telephonic consultations are also available for clients outside of Hong Kong.
