Clients who may wish to retain our services should contact our office to schedule an in-office meeting for a professional consultation in either English or Chinese (Cantonese or mandarin) during which time we can go over the client’s concerns and suggest a course of action. An initial hourly consultation fee is payable after the meeting, by check or in cash. If we are retained, the consultation fee is waived or it can be credited within 30 days towards the flat fee we will quote after the consultation. Telephonic consultations on an appointment basis are also available for clients who cannot travel to Hong Kong.



Except for corporate clients who may prefer the traditional hourly billing approach or in cases involving novel or complex issues, our firm, as a specialized “boutique” firm, performs most of our immigration services on a flat fee or transaction basis. Under this model, clients can know and control their costs up front and will not hesitate to call us directly whenever a question arises, without having to worry that the billable clock is running. At the same time, we are rewarded for our efficiency and specialized expertise and knowledge acquired from many years of practice which a general practice firm may take many, many hours of research and efforts to uncover while still accumulating time billable to the client for its “learning curve”.



We emphasize, however, that regardless of the level of remuneration, we offer the same high standard of personalized, dependable, confidential, and excellent professional services.
